Please read these terms and conditions carefully before playing.

01Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing Ruby Saga services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02Account Ownership & Virtual Assets

All accounts, characters, items, currencies (Peso/Cash), and data contained within the server are the exclusive property of Ruby Saga. Users are granted a limited "Right to Use".

  • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or delete accounts at any time if violations are found.
  • Data deletion (Wipe/Rollback) may be performed as a sanction for severe violations such as Ladder Boosting or Bug Exploitation.

03Zero Tolerance Policy

To maintain game integrity, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against the following actions. Violations will result in permanent access blocking (Ban) and data deletion:

A. Exploitation & Cheating

Strictly prohibited using third-party software (Cheats/Macros), exploiting bugs, or manipulating the game client.

Penalty: Permanent Ban + HWID Ban

B. Ranking Manipulation (Boosting)

All forms of Boosting (GB) for Ladder, Faction War, or Account Statistics are strictly prohibited. We monitor activity logs closely.

  • • Minor violation: Currency (Peso/Cash) & Item Reset (Rollback).
  • • Major violation (3x): Account will be permanently banned and donated (Giveaway) to the community.

C. Real Money Trading (RMT)

Selling in-game assets (Accounts, Peso, Items) for real currency (IDR/USD) outside of the official features provided by the server is prohibited.

04Code of Conduct & Impersonation

You are strictly prohibited from impersonating Ruby Saga Staff, GMs, or Developers, either in-game or on social media. This violation is considered serious fraud with a penalty of Permanent Account Deletion.

05Donation Policy

Any funds sent to Ruby Saga are considered voluntary donations for server development. Donations are Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
